B. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT OFF TIME

Generally, shipments are in transit for 5 – 7 days (Monday to Friday). Order cut off time will be 05:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York). Order handling time is 1 - 2 business day (Monday to Friday).

C. DELIVERY TERMS

We use the USPS, UPS, FedEx to deliver the product.

D. CHANGE OF ADDRESS

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@theroomsphere.com or Call Us at +13176478040.

E. CANCELLATIONS

We have 12-hour grace period after an order is placed for you to cancel or amend the order. Please contact support@theroomsphere.com and mention your order number. Beyond 12 hours, we can no longer cancel or amend your order because it has been processed.

F. PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

Upon the delivery of your order, if any items are missing or damaged, please contact us within 3 days from the delivery date. Claims made after this time frame will not be accepted.

A. 30-DAY RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

If you have found a defective product, then please send us a picture of a damaged product. We will bear the total cost of the case and send you a new item at no additional cost.

If you have ordered the wrong product and want to exchange then return shipping charges are your responsibility.

Orders that are still in transit to your address are not eligible for a refund.

B. RETURN PROCESS

C. DAMAGED AND WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To return your product, you should contact our mail.

We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.

F. REFUNDS

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
